In the spring of 2005 I discovered that my house needed extensive and complicated masonry restoration work and I didn’t know whom to hire. I did the usual thing of calling various companies in the phone book and soliciting quotes. Some came and turned me down, saying the job was way beyond their capabilities. One man spent a lot of time looking at it and taking pictures only to disappear after giving me a verbal quote without any details about what he was going to do for the money. David Fritz of Three Little Pigs Masonry, Inc., returned my call promptly and came the same day to look at the job. He said he liked a challenge, and returned the next day with a lengthy written document outlining every aspect of what he proposed to do, and what it would cost. When he was eventually hired, he did exactly what he had promised and supervised his crew very closely every day. Upon finishing, he cleaned the site up so thoroughly that it was impossible to tell that anything had been done there. He even resodded an area of grass that had been killed by his tarpaulin. Not only did he take his own waste materials to the dump, he took my old kitchen counter too, which had nothing to do with him. He also voluntarily painted my front window and door, at his own expense, to make the house look it’s best. Needless to say, I was floored. The quality of his work overall was peerless, and it increased the value of my property significantly. We highly recommend David Fritz of Three Little Pigs for any job of any degree of difficulty, involving brick, stone, or other renovations. Re: Three Little Pigs Masonry We are very pleased with the restoration work that Three Little Pigs Masonry completed on our house last summer. The work was completed on schedule, with a great deal of care and attention paid to the overall quality and cleanliness of the job. November 14th, 2005 To Whom It May Concern My wife and I had a chance to interact with Barbara and Dave Fritz from the Three Little Pigs Masonry when they re-faced our home with stone. They have excellent people skills and are very efficient in their ability to delegate, organize and complete the project. We were very impressed with the quality of work and service and we found the workers to be clean and tidy. Moreover, they were meticulous, diligent, polite and very respectful of our property. Three Little Pigs Masonry completed the project skillfully and with the least amount of disruption. Re-facing our home was a difficult decision. To establish the look we were trying to achieve was very challenging. In this aspect, we found Barbara to be invaluable in guiding us towards the right selection of stone. She listened to our needs and then steered us in the right direction. As an individual, Barbara is patient, creative, industrious and a very hands-on person. She is definitely an asset to the organization. Dave is an experienced mason who works with his people rather than just playing a supervisory role. This trade needs more people like Dave, as he is a true professional. He takes great pride in his organization and work, enjoying every aspect of it no matter how challenging it is. A task with a high difficulty level is always an exciting opportunity for Dave and he makes his achievement seem effortless. Dave distinguishes himself amongst all other stonemasons. He has won our trust and confidence through his innovative thinking, hard work and strong credibility in getting the job done. I believe that re-facing your home is a daunting task and can cause a lot of anxiety. It requires a lot of planning, numerous visits to see samples on walls and looking at other stone homes that have the stone that you like. However, the most important factor in any endeavor to renovate is to find the right people to do the job and we sincerely believe Three Little Pigs Masonry is indeed the right organization for that.
